The shuttle was helpful to and from the tournament, and even when we were late to catch a shuttle back to the hotel one night, they sent another one to get us. Flushing is full of food opportunities. "Checked in on Tuesday before my cruise. The checking in process was smooth and fast since I prepaid before staying. Our room had 2 comfy double beds, desk and a chair. The air conditioner keeps the room at a comfortable temperature (it was 90 degrees outside). Our room was on the 8th floor and we had 2 windows with great shades that kept the light out. The hotel had a nice clean smell to it. The room was cleaned and the beds were made amazing They were cleaning the sidewalk outside in the morning

We did the parking in the basement they were extremely helpful and we had to retrieve a few items and the attendees made sure we were going to the correct car. They checked our claim ticket and walked us to the car."

"I was at the US Open Tennis and this hotel is ideal for that purpose. Their location is just 10/15 minutes away from Billie Jean King center and about the same time from the LaGuardia airport. The best part of the deal is they provide a shuttle to drop and pick you from the event. Considering how late the matches go, it is an absolutely a blessing.
It is a no frills hotel, clean and well maintained. The staff is very friendly and helpful."

"Had a great time. The room was a mini suite with 2 rooms and a balcony. The breakfast buffet was tops. Had French toast, tortellini with vodka sauce and all the extras. Table settings and await staff compared to other ones. Been to plenty and this is one of the best. Came with room. I booked directly with front desk. They are some of the nicest professional staff I have come across. Parking on-site was so great. Free shuttle to Citi field. Had to take MTA back, but was easy. Neighborhood OK, BUT crime doesn't appear to be an issue at all. We walked all around. Will be back."

"Great place to stay for the US Open Tennis. This was our 2nd time at Marco. They have a shuttle to and from Laguardia, and another shuttle back and forth from the Billie Jean National Tennis Center. Nice buffet breakfast included. Rooms clean. Highly recommend!"

"I used his hotel for parking only and they were excellent. One of the nice things about this location is you interact with parking attendants and hotel lobby staff, not just a beat-up old trailer in a parking lot. We arrived and were immediately escorted to the hotel lobby (with the parking attendant helping to move our luggage). We utilized the clean, bright, modern restrooms off the lobby and entered the van that was waiting for us just outside the front door of the hotel lobby. The ride to LGA was about 10 minutes. Upon our return, the van arrived within 10 minutes of my placing the call and we were at the hotel about 10 minutes later, again utilizing the hotel lobby restrooms."

Outstanding staff and facility. Located in a safe and primarily Chinese area. Alma and Berry at front desk are super friendly and helpful. On street and connected garage parking are available. Bar and excellent Italian Restaurant on site. Breakfast to go is excellent as well!

We stayed in the 2 bed suite and it was very spacious. The hotel was extremely clean, with the exception of a stain on the couch. The beds were very comfortable. The hotel was quiet, we hardly heard anyone else the entire time. My favorite part of our stay was the restaurant. They had hands-down the best complimentary breakfast I've ever had.

We are Hilton people, so staying in a different hotel already had me on edge. But, from the moment we were picked up at the airport by the shuttle until we checked out two days later we enjoyed our stay. Excellent shower water pressure, small but comfy beds, friendly staff. We would stay here again.

This Italian owned and Italian-flavored hotel is a real hidden gem in a mostly Chinese neighborhood. Rooms are very nice and well-outfitted, beds comfortable and the included breakfast, very European, is excellent and very generous. Service is impeccable. Menu looks terrific and they have a superlative wine list. You will feel like you are on an Italian vacation...lots of Italians work there and the ambience is very European. Would definitely say there again.
